underwhelming stay
damaged dresserloose carpet
i noticed several issues in the room. some electrical outlets did not work properly. the dresser had noticeable damage, with holes and broken handles.. the carpet had loose sections and paint stains. overall, the condition of the room detracted from the experience.

The staff were really good too accommodate my requests. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh options. The hotel's central location made exploring the city easy (the castle is a short walk).
The room lacked air conditioning, relying only on a ceiling fan, which could be uncomfortable during the summer.
